Make your end of financial year tax-deductible donation count towards helping the living costs for asylum seekers and refugees.
One of our Circles, The Pilgrims Circle of Friends (Circle 27) provides support to individuals and families who have nothing and no one to fall back on. The needs of the people we support are often very basic and immediate, for example for assistance with rent, utility bills and food. Some families are dependent on a single wage or a single Jobseeker allowance. With the rising cost of living and rental crisis, the need for support and the challenges faced in the past year have become quite overwhelming, and the Pilgrim Circle need your financial support to ensure we can continue supporting these people into the next financial year.
Donations will go directly towards a range of living costs, including driving lessons (being able to drive both increases the independence of people and their ability to gain employment), rental costs, utility bills and contributions towards Immigration and Administrative Appeals Tribunal fees. Pilgrim Circle has also been providing support towards living costs for vulnerable families following the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan.
Any donation you can make is greatly appreciated by Circle of Friends and the vulnerable people we support.
Thank you.
