Cost: Preferably by plastic note donation, but credit card payment facilities will be provided. Tax deductible receipts can be provided on request.
The Forgotten Refugees Support Circle supports otherwise destitute Afghan Hazara, Somali, Sudanese, Yemeni refugees (plus a few others). All have fled their war-torn homelands to seek a safe place to resettle. All event proceeds will go directly to this Circle and the people they support.
The Circle focuses on otherwise destitute refugees – those in Indonesia waiting without work rights or other means of support from family or the diaspora community. This cohort wait, seemingly in the vain for resettlement in a safe third country, whilst their families back at home or elsewhere, eke out a life – often without their prior primary breadwinner.
